MobilisersWith its European headquarters in Nottingham, the mobilising team is the part of Aim International you don’t normally see but is vital to its effectiveness. Their work ensures that every member is cared for in every possible way. They offer guidance over placements and look after areas such as finance, member care, training and media. Another part of the team – the area representatives – travel around informing churches and groups about the latest work at Aim International. You’ll find them speaking about mission at church services, manning stands at events, recruiting new members and providing pastoral care, to name but a few things. Could you help? Andrew & Rachel Chard As European Director, Andrew is responsible for leading the European Mobilising Team
Neil & Karen Pheasant Finance and Operations Director: Neil heads up the Finance Department and oversees IT and Management Services
Bill & Rosemary Rettie Rosemary takes care of general administration and supplies, Bill is Director for Scotland and also coordinates the ACE ministries programme Finance department
Deborah Kong Associate Director for Finance: Deborah is responsible for supporter relations, as well as overseeing financial income and expenditure
Peter & Jackie Scott Finance Administrative Assistant: Peter looks after the incoming donations and provides IT support
Judah & Debee Ebenezer Finance Officer: Judah looks after missionary finances and payments Personnel department
Peter & Raquel Root Personnel Director: Peter oversees the Personnel Department with particular responsibility for recruitment and selection of members
Miriam van Reenen Associate Personnel Director: Miriam provides member care
Julie Cook Personnel Administration Officer: Julie assists Miriam and Peter with administration in the Personnel Department
Jason & Judith Boyd Short-term Co-ordinator: Judith oversees all the short-term placements
Miriam & Sam Knight Synergy Administrator: Miriam looks after adminstration for the short-term programme
Laura & Seb Perbet Synergy Administrator: Laura is covering Miriam while she is on maternity leave Media Department
Jason & Judith Boyd Media Director: Jason oversees the output of all publications and media development.
Joe & Lizzie Morgan Graphic Designer: Joe designs Aim’s publicity, literature and websites Area Directors
